One of the best Japanese restaurants in Happo. Lively and busy with Japanese and Westerners, you can either sit traditional Japanese style, or at the food bar. Serves traditional Japanese food, try the fresh seafood. Go early or you'll have to wait as you can't book, it's that popular.

Great funky little bar, just off the main high street in Echo Land. Well worth a visit when out and about in Echo Land as this place can really go off. Best to arrive towards the end of an evening. They also have a regular movie night.

Also known as Tanjin, the water is very soft, but it is the view across the valley that is the real draw card for this onsen, fabulous. Located on the east side of the Oiti line.

Found right in the centre of Happo Village, this is a great place to pick up some local wines and spirits to take home with you.
